Where is räki skin enzyme mask made?
We have put our heart and soul into our one and only product. To produce our mask we worked together with a private formulator and have gone through many prototypes to ensure we only provide the best to our customers. Our enzyme mask is proudly formulated and made in Australia.
Do you have any other skincare products?
We believe less is more, we wanted to create a product that you could seamlessly include into your current skincare regime without having to sacrifice products you're already using!
Does the mask come with a räki brush?
The Enzyme Mask does not come with a räki brush. This can be purchased seperately on its own or in The Kit that includes the jar, brush and mask removal sponge. Our räki brush is dual-ended, customised and manufactured to fit into your hand and the jar with ease. Of course, if you already have a mask brush elsewhere feel free to use it with The Enzyme Mask ♡

Who is the enzyme mask intended for?
The räki skin Enzyme Mask is for those who already have a good skin care routine and wanting to elevate their routine to the next level. As the mask is intended for use every 2 to 3 days, and does not form part of your day-to-day skin care routine, there will be limitations as to how much it can help improve certain skin concerns. If you are unsure whether the mask would be suitable for your skin, feel free to reach out to us directly.
What is the shelf life of the enzyme mask?
Unopened, The Enzyme Mask has a shelf life of up to 2 years. Once opened please ensure you use the mask within 12 months
Is the enzyme mask suitable for all skin types?
The Enzyme Mask has been formulated to suit nearly all skin types, however if you are sensitive to active ingredients and essential oils, we recommend performing a test patch on your skin prior to use. Alternatively, you may reach out to us with your concerns and we will do our best to advise you on the best way to introduce the enzyme mask into your routine!
Can I use the enzyme mask if I have sensitive or sensitised skin?
Depending on what sensitises your skin, you may or may not be able to use The Enzyme Mask. If you are easily irritated by certain ingredients, please check that our product does not contain them prior to using. If you are uncertain which ingredients causes sensitivity, please perform a patch test prior to use. Please do not use on your skin if you have any open wounds.Alternatively, if you are unsure you may reach out to us with your concerns and we will do our best to advise you on the best way to introduce the enzyme mask into your routine.
Allergic reaction
If you experience any swelling, itching or extreme discomfort shortly after using the enzyme mask, please rinse your skin with warm water, pat dry and discontinue use.
Is The Enzyme Mask suitable for acne prone skin
Yes, yes, yes and YES! The active ingredients in our mask have been formulated to help reduce inflammation and the appearance of acne
Help! I'm breaking out after using the enzyme mask
Don't stress, trying new products can sometimes cause a purge and if you've never used a product containing active ingredients, it's your skins way of learning to love the mask. Purging can occur over a few days to a few weeks, the good thing? Our enzyme mask was specially formulated to reduce inflammation and acne, bringing out the glow to your skin
Are räki skin products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers?
Mummas you're in luck! All räki skin products are pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. During our formulation process one of our founders was and is breastfeeding and we had to make sure it was safe for use not only for her but mums and mums to be that just want that skin glow!
Are the fragrances in the enzyme mask natural?
All of the fragrances in The Enzyme Mask is 100% natural. The natural and organic fragrances you experience come from sweet orange oil, geranium oil, grapefuit oil and bergamot oil
How often should I use the mask?
We recommend using the enzyme mask two to three times a week for best results however, you can adjust the application frequency as needed to suit your skin

How long will it take to receive my order?
After you have placed your order, we aim to pack and dispatch your products within 24 - 48 hours.
Please understand shipping times will vary, especially during busy holiday periods.

International: 7-14 business days
My order arrived damaged
If you're worried about any damages, theft or lost to your order we offer buyer's protection at a small cost.
If you have received your order and it has arrived damaged we will kindly offer a replacement upon further investigation provided you contact us within 14 days and lodge a returns form. The form can be found here. All returned items will be subject to review for quality and control purposes.
